50% tempranillo, 20% garnacha, 30% merlot. 5 months barrel aging on used French and American oak barrels. Each variety is vinified and matured separately, followed by the final blend.
Aromas of ripe red fruit, herbs, licorice, little licorice. Supple, mouth-filling with some tannin underpinnings, red fruit, concentrated. Tasty aftertaste.
A beautiful meal wine that goes with grilled chicken and meat dishes, pasta with sauces and with hard cheeses.
