Treixadura supplemented with Albarino and Loureira. The grapes are grown on a unique sand, gravel and silt soil. At harvest they are picked by hand. This is followed by traditional fermentation at 16°C in stainless steel tanks. Then the wine sits on the lees for a few months. Expressive stone fruit and citrus aromas with a delicate balsamic undertone. Broad attack, balanced, fresh, juicy. Goes nicely with different sorts of fish and shellfish, rice dishes and white meat. It also compliments dishes with asparagus and fish, for example.
