An exclusive gin made in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Doñana National Park in 2019. A gin based on grain alcohol and 11 typical herbs from Doñana. The distillate matures for 6 months in an old Palo Cortado barrel. 264 bottles of 70cl. made.

Deep golden yellow color. When you open the bottle, you are overwhelmed by a soft, nicely balanced scent of real herbs and a touch of pine wood that invites you to drink this gin neat, as a digestive. To mix it is best to use a rather soft, neutral tonic (elderflower type). Also a sprig of rosemary and a piece of orange zest.
This gin is perfect as a digestive. To discover the pure taste and aromas of the gin, it is therefore best to serve it at room temperature. If you like to mix the gin, serve it between 6-8°C.
