100% tempranillo (local: tinto fino). The vineyards are located at 950 meters altitude, the sandy soil consists of rock, clay and lime. The sticks are at least 30 years old, some even 100 years (pre-phylloxera). Organic cultivation. 8 months in French oak barrels of 600 liters.
Aromatic nose of ripe black fruit, nicely integrated toast and vanilla. Clear minerality from the dry soil of the region around Soria. Medium body, smooth, juicy and fresh. Dry and fruity with pleasant tannins.
