100% garnacha. Sticks of about 20 years old, planted on the hills around Olite. The soil consists of loam and slate. The grapes from the different plots are harvested at different times, with fraîcheur as a guideline. The wine is made according to the traditional saignée method, without pressing. The sparkling wine is vinified.
Aromas of wild raspberries and blackberries. Hints of white flowers and citrus. Harmonious in the mouth, fresh and fruity, red fruit plays the leading role.
Delicious as an aperitif, with salads (also with soft goat cheese), pizza and pasta.
