
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Vineyards located at an altitude of approximately 850 metres. The soil consists of an Abundancia sandy soil and boulders. 20-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16°C. Very aromatic, a bit wild even, dusty. Hints of green apples, passion fruit, mango, gooseberries and blackcurrants. Mineral and grassy. Delicious with a bold finale. As an aperitif, with BBQ, shellfish and crustaceans, well seasoned fish dishes and fresh or soft cheeses.
