
100% Pinot Noir, planted at Finca Pedraza, on a plot at an altitude of 975 metres. Limestone, sand and clay soil. Relatively large, daily temperature fluctuations and low yields, together provide good conditions for this delicate Pinot Noir. Seven-month ageing in French oak barrels. Fresh red fruit, light herb & light toast aromas. Soft and elegant in the mouth, with fresh acidity.
