A 100% Garnacha Blanca dessert wine. 80% is sweet white wine (Vin Doux Naturel) made by ripening the harvested grapes in the sun. These are mixed with 20% rancio from a 1927 solera. Complex, bold aromas of honey, nuts, a light salinity and smoke. A soft, smooth attack in the mouth, where flavours of walnuts, almonds, figs, coffee and chocolate emerge. Incredibly long finish.
