The vineyards are located at an altitude of over 1,000 metres with a soil of small stones and gravel. Harvested between 1 and 10 October 2015 . 15-day maceration at 23°C. 12-month ageing in French oak (Allier) and American oak barrels. Ripe black fruit, plum, blackberry and berry aromas with a balsamic background. Bold and simultaneously elegant in the mouth with enough acidity to keep this assertive wine fresh.
