
50% Xarel.lo, 22% Chardonnay, 28% Chenin Blanc. Complex wine with a clear 'présence' in the glass, both on first impression and in the long finish. No wood ageing and yet it is definitely a wine for cellaring. Certified organic. Broad nose of citrus, white peach, herbs, butter, vanilla and toast. Delicious with fish stews, fried or grilled white fish, with pasta with seafood and/or a cream sauce.
