100% Tempranillo from 'vinas centenarias' not only Ribera del Duero but also from Toro and Cigales. 2015 was a year with a mild spring and a long, warm summer which lasted until November. Picked by hand and macerated for 25 days. 30 months' ageing in French and American oak barrels. Complex ripe black fruit and herb aromas. Firm and elegant in the mouth, supple and assertive. Balanced in every way, with tannins suggestive of a nicely phenolic ripeness.
