100% Pedro Ximénez. Approximately three-year solera; oxidative ageing. Nutmeg, apricot, fig, ginger, date and raisin aromas. Soft, herby attack, complex, with nice acids and a typically 'never-ending' finish. Approximately 200 grammes of natural sugars per litre.
