100% Chenin Blanc, grown on a unique 0.89 hectare plot, almost exclusively of fossil limestone. No more than 2,400 bottles were made. No insecticides or herbicides were used here and after fermentation the wine was further aged in French oak barrels. Lush, rich, mineral and floral. Intense pear, lemon and mandarin aromas with a long and delicious finish. Good for example with risotto, with herby mussels or other shellfish, salmon en papillote. Tip: we suggest that you uncork the wine ahead of time and don't serve it too cold. Top wine!
