
Picapoll and Malvasia from El Pla y La Estación Roble. Cold fermentation. Three months on the lees. Certified organic. Drifting white fruit, citrus and Mediterranean herb flavours (i.e. fennel and rosemary). Agreeable attack in the mouth, unctuous and dry with refreshing acidity. Good with grilled fish, shellfish and rice dishes.
