Mas Oller Pur is a wine that manages to reconcile traditional winemaking from Emporda with new vinification techniques. Dried cherry, blackcurrant, violet, lavender and pepper aromas. After a first impression of fruit, a juicy, herby finish follows. Tip : give the wine a little time in your glass. It will totally open up after a few minutes. Pairs with grilled meat like steak on the BBQ. Can also be matched with a rustic pâté or a piece of small game.
