
Cabernet Franc, Garnacha and Syrah. Aged in old, French oak barrels. Blackberry, cedar, cinnamon and black pepper aromas: the typical scents of the 'garrigue' of the Garraf Massif where the grapes are grown. Surprisingly light-footed in the mouth, fresh with a beautiful finish. Goes well, for example, with beef carpaccio with Parmesan shavings. As well as with steak au poivre or a good chunk of charcuterie (saucisse, etc.) ... ).
