100% verdejo. Vines planted on a poor, sandy soil at 800 meters altitude. The vineyards are located in the area of Tierra de Pinares y La Moraña. 65% of the bunches are pressed without destemming, with fermentation in stainless steel cuves and maturation 'sur lie' in those same cuves. 35% ferment after pressing in wooden barrels and mature in the same barrels for 3 months with regular batonnage (shaking yeast sediment in the wine).
Intense nose, fresh, elegant with aromas of fennel, anise and balsamic mixed with white fruit. Nice structure, fresh and creamy with a nice acidity, an extraordinary elegance and a long finish.
As an aperitif or delicious with fish, rice, pasta, cheese and white meat.
