Collection: Barbadillo

Barbadillo is the largest bodega in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. They carry a very wide range of wines - from basic wines that can be found in the supermarket to some absolutely unique, world-class wines like the Reliquia Palo Cortado, which scored 100/100 in the last Parker. As well as their sherry bodega in Sanlúcar, they also have an estate in Rioja and one in Ribera del Duero.

Barbadillo has always been a pioneer in the D.O. and together with their Catalan oenologist Montse Molina, they were the first to dare to bring a Manzanilla en rama to market. Since then there has been a bottling (saca) of this Manzanilla every season with each season labelled separately. This concept of sherries susceptible to further ageing in the bottle and of which only a limited number of bottles are made (with each different to the last) has been the cause of an almost Copernican revolution in Jerez. With some for and some against. However you look at it, it brings us wines with unique, complex flavours and aromas.
