Collection: Cooperativa Vitivinícola Albarizas

The Cooperativa Viniticola Albarizas Trebujena was established in 1977. Trebujena already had a cooperative, but because it lacked capacity and quality, Albarizas was established too. It covers an area of 710 hectares and its members are mostly small winegrowers from Trebujena and Lebrija.

Contrary to the reputation of the average cooperative, from the get-go they have produced excellent must, the base wine used to complement the soleras. For example, Williams & Humbert is their biggest client and takes 50% of their entire output. 

In 2017, in honour of its 40th anniversary, it bottled its own line, Castillo de Guzman. Young Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso … very high quality at a low price.
