Hints of coffee, tobacco, toast and cocoa. Mediterranean herbs. Soft tannins, medium-bodied, perfectly balanced with a long and flavoursome finish. Pairs with game birds, roast lamb, red & white grilled meat, sheep's cheese, heart charcuterie.
