It is then fermented for a further 12 in the same barrels. 140-month secondary fermentation (over 11 years!). The bottles are capped with natural cork for this secondary fermentation. Under 5 grammes residual sugar. Individually packaged Small, fine bubbles. Mas Via is an elegant Cava of great aromatic richness: ripe apples, dried fruit, quince, toast, ... Bold in the mouth, ripe, balanced and structured. Its bubbles are nicely integrated. Long and expansive finish. Pairs with many things, every dish on the menu.
