100% Tempranillo (known locally as Tinto Fino). Vineyards at 840 metres altitude and a rock and clay soil. Biodynamically processed. The vines are 90 years old. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, after which only 2,900 bottles were made. Bold, intense aromas of pure red and black fruit, coffee, herbs and spices such as thyme, cinnamon and juniper berries. Mineral background. Elegant and flavoursome in the mouth, with good tannins and a nice structure. Fruit, coffee, cocoa: the wide range of aromas return in the taste.
