60% Garnacha and 40% Cariñena (known locally as Samsò). Separate vinification in stainless steel tanks. Six months' ageing in 225 and 500 litre, French oak barrels. Processed organically. Expressive red fruit and stone fruit (i.e. apricot and peach) aromas. Fruity, juicy, lively and fresh in the mouth. Pairs with tomato-based pasta dishes. With charcuterie, cheese and grilled meat.
