100% Garnacha. The plots are located in the Derramada valley at altitude of approximately 750 metres. The soil is made of loam and clay. Harvest (mid-September), is followed by a gentle pressing and vinification at low temperature. After making a blend from the different plots, the wine is bottled at the start of the following year. 18-month secondary fermentation. After which a further 11 grammes of sugar is added per litre. Red fruit aromas with patisserie dough tones. In the mouth: fresh, juicy, balanced, nicely integrated with a creamy finish. As an aperitif, with shellfish, rice dishes, pasta, Asian cuisine.

We discovered this estate through its outstanding Cavas. We subsequently added a number of extremely agreeable and reasonably priced, quality wines with the local, fruity Bobal grape taking the lead.
