100% Bobal red wine. Pre-Phylloxera vines more than 100 years old. Maceration in 700 litre, oak barrels. Followed by malolactic fermentation in 225 litre barrels. The wine continues to age for a further 18 months in the same barrels. Ripe red and black fruit aromas with hints of Mediterranean herbs and balsam against a mineral background. Bold attack, structured with a nice balance between fruit and acidity. Ripe tannins. Spicy, long finish. Pairs nicely with stews, red meat, strong cheeses and rustic pâtés, ...

We discovered this estate through its outstanding Cavas. We subsequently added a number of extremely agreeable and reasonably priced, quality wines with the local, fruity Bobal grape taking the lead.
