100% hondarrabi beltza. The grapes come from the oldest vineyards in Bakio. Some of the vines are pre-phylloxera, planted in 1917, so more than 100 years old. Harvest took place in mid-October. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. After malolactic fermentation, the wine remains in the cuves until the end of January.
This is an Atlantic red wine. Complex nose with aromas of cherries, berries, dried herbs, pepper... Wild, earthy impression predominate. Medium body, fresh acidity, fine-grained tannins.
With tuna, white meat.
