Collection: Hacienda La Parilla Alta

This hacienda is located inland in the Province of Cadiz in a tiny hamlet called San Juan del Valle, between the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains of the Alcornocales Natural Park. An untouched region, with a somewhat more continental climate than the Jerez de la Frontera region.

Just like in Rota the grape variety used here is the rare Tintilla de Rota.
