Collection: Rosell Gallart

The Rosell family has been making artisanal, deluxe and fine Cavas since 1845 at their bodega ‘Cal Batllevell’ in the old quarters of the Cava city of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

Annual production is limited to 16,000 to 24,000 bottles, depending on the harvest. You can take artisanal literally: the varieties Xarel.lo, Macabeu, Parellada, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are used to make different Cavas that are still clarified by hand and which are aged for three years on average.

The vineyards themselves are located on the slopes of Garraf Massif, a very chalky Nature Reserve some 10 km from the Mediterranean Sea
