White wine of garnacha blanca, albillo real and verdejo. Garnacha blanca and albillo real from Cebreros. The verdejo originates from La Moraña. Harvest in September 2018. Half of the must ferments in 2000L oak casks and matures 'sur lies' in the same barrels. The other half ferments in stainless steel cuves and then matures on clay amphorae for 12 months.
Elegant nose, complex, aromas of fennel, nuts, apricot and honey. Nice structure, full-bodied, creamy with a nice acidity that makes the wine very balanced.
With fish, rice, pasta, cheeses and white meat.
