And so there were only 7,239 bottles made. Traditional vinification, 15-day fermentation in new French and American oak barrels. Followed by approximately nine more months' ageing in the same barrels. An initial honey aroma predominates. Then the wine opens up with hints of toast and brioche and, after swirling, exotic fruit, pear and white flower aromas. Elegant, bold, aromatic, with balanced acidity and a long finish.
