100% palomino fino. This manzanilla "en rama" is a specific selection of old manzanilla from Bodega Orleans y Borbón.
Although it is usually recommended to drink sherry and rama "fresh" - read: as soon as possible after bottling - Antonio Barbadillo's experience is that these wines can undergo a beautiful, elegant aging when stored correctly.
Golden yellow color. Powerful aromas of almond nuts, dried fruit, hazelnuts, lime. Salty, fresh and even more notes of yeast than other saca's. Nice, bitter touch.
An ideal accompaniment to all kinds of tapas, but also with almost any fish or shellfish dish. This manzanilla is also delicious with sushi.
