100% Treixadura, this bodega's most important white grape. The vineyards are planted on a soil with a sand and gravel top layer over a granite under layer. The wine sat on the lees for two months. Ripe white fruit and citrus (lemon peel) aromas with a mild herbaceousness. Broad attack, velvety structure, fresh acidity. Matches all sorts of fish dishes, shellfish and crustaceans particularly well. Also delicious as an aperitif.
