Garnacha Tinta, Cariñena (known locally as Samsó) and Syrah. Carbonic maceration in an oxygen-free environment. No wood ageing. This Les Sorts has all the typical aromas of a wine made in this way: very fruity with strawberry and raspberry tones. Still, it's nicely concentrated and flavoursome. Rounded, fresh, very soft, especially for the 'hard' grape that is Cariñena.
