This makes all its wines relatively concentrated, with greater minerality than the Tintilla from Pago Balbaina. 60% of the grapes are not macerated after harvesting. Gentle pressing. Maceration at 5°C. Fermentation partly in open barrels, partly in stainless steel, followed by 12 months' ageing in six-year-old, used, French oak barrels.
