100% Tintilla de Rota. The grapes are planted in specially selected plots in the middle of the Albariza, the typical soil on which traditionally Palomino Fino was grown for sherry. Malolactic fermentation in wood barrels. 16-month fermentation in French oak. Not filtered before bottling. Intense, expressive currant, bay, blackberry, nutmeg, cocoa and herb aromas. Full-bodied upon drinking with soft, resolved tannins and a refreshing finish, characteristic of the typical Tintilla acids. Goes well with legume dishes, nuts and roasted vegetables, but also with small game, stews, rice dishes and semi-hard cheeses.
