100% Tempranillo. 90-year-old vines, partly pre-Phylloxera. 18 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels. Mineral with hints of liquorice root, balsam and herbs. Good and ripe red & black fruit after swirling. Full-bodied in the mouth, balanced with rounded tannins. Pairs with fried and roast red meat and stews. Tip: we recommend that you decant this wine half an hour before serving.
