Treixadura with small additions of Albarino and Godello. Planted and harvested on the best slopes (costeira) by the Mino and Avia rivers, near the medieval city of Ribadavia. Traditional fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18°C. Intense fruit aromas of apples, melons and stone fruits with hints of honey. juicy, flavoursome, elegant, balanced and complex. Good with most fish dishes, including sophisticated ones. With risotto, paella, pasta or Asian-style rice dishes.
