Dehesa del Carrizal Colección Privada 2019

With its mix of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, this Colección Privada is the bodega's flagship. Each grape undergoes separate vinification and ageing in new French oak barrels. They are then mixed and adjusted until the perfect balance is reached. After 18 to 20 months, only the best vintages are released and only the bottles from the selected barrels end up on the market.

Complex aromas of red and black berries with floral tones with a balsamic background. Bold, full-bodied, bursting with flavour and character. This finish is unusual: fruit and minerality return accompanied by toffee, toast and black chocolate.
