The Bodegas Merayo vineyards are located at an altitude of 650 metres, which explains the nice balance between the full-bodied, rounded, somewhat 'unctuous' flavour (from the lees) and the nice fraîcheur annex mineralogy. Apple, ripe stone fruits, citrus and fennel aromas create a balanced and complex whole. Delicious as an aperitif but also excellent with BBQ, fish dishes and shellfish.
