Cava Gran Reserva Brut Nature from 45% Xarel.lo, 30% Macabeo, 25% Parellada from 50-year-old vines. The base wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. 42-month secondary fermentation in the bottle. As is always the case with Mestres, the bottles are capped with natural cork for the secondary fermentation. Manual dégorgement. No liqueur d'expédition. Under 3 grammes of residual sugar. Very fine bubbles. Aromatic Cava: white fruit (pears, peaches), citrus, flowers, dough, toast, yeast. Creamy and fresh in the mouth with a long, dry finish. Delicious as an aperitif. Also very gastronomically reliable!
