Wine from 100% Garnacha from vines over 35 years old. 12 months in 600 litre, French oak barrels Intense red and black fruit aromas: blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, ... Hints of flowers, spices, and cinnamon with a mineral background. Elegant, bold in the mouth, almost unctuous, with enough fresh acidity and a nice structure. Good with poultry, game, red meat and different sorts of cheese.
