100% Bobal. Nine months in new 225L en 500L, French and American oak barrels. Four-day maceration at 10°C. Fermentation at 22°C for 10 to 15 days, depending on the timing of the harvest and the plot the grapes come from. Silky soft wine with intense cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant aromas. Delicate tones of vanilla with a background of toast and herbs. Fresh and fruity in the mouth with soft, ripe tannins. Pairs with charcuterie, pâté and foie gras. Also a nice accompaniment to all sorts of meat dishes, rice dishes and pasta. Also try it with chocolate!

We discovered this estate through its outstanding Cavas. We subsequently added a number of extremely agreeable and reasonably priced, quality wines with the local, fruity Bobal grape taking the lead.
