100% Albarino. No barrel ageing. 13 months on the lees. Light, crispy and dry, with complex green apple and pineapple aromas with a touch of citrus and flowers, and a typical, characteristic saline note (the wine is from Condado de Tea, one of Rías Baixas' subregions, the part that is located between Tui and Ribadavia, near Mino and de Tea). Deliciously balanced acids and a juicy finish. Ideal with oyster, scallops, lobster, crab and grilled fish dishes.
