
80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot from vines of 25 years old. Manual harvest. Maceration for 24 hours in a cool container at 5°, followed by a second selection of the grapes during de-stem. The wine was pressed after 14 days of fermentation, after which malolactic fermentation started spontaneously. 10 months in French oak barrels of 2 and 3 years old. The wine was not clarified and underwent only a gentle filtering.
Notes of ripe red fruit. Soft tannins.
Goes well with meat dishes and stews.
