100% Tintilla de Rota. The grapes are planted at Pago Gibalbín, one of the most continental vineyards in Jerez. The vines are about 20 years old. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. No wood ageing. The aromas and taste reflect the essence of Tintilla de Rota: rich, red and black fruit tones, some herbs, a fine floweriness and minerality. Juicy in the mouth with outspoken but nicely interwoven acids that give the wine depth.
