100% Tempranillo Blanco on a chalky, clay soil. Six months on the lees in French oak barrels. Expressive and complex aromas of tropical fruit and white flowers with a delicate herbaceousness. Full-bodied, rich attack that evolves into fresh citrus flavours. The wine has a beautiful, silky structure. Good with pâtés, tapas, lobster, fish bakes.
