Cava made from a classic blend of Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada with a substantial addition of Chardonnay. Secondary fermentation of a minimum of 36 months. Dry, with the boldness and fruity touch of the Chardonnay. Balanced and refined with nice acidity. Delicious as an aperitif or with cheese.

Rosell Gallart
The Rosell family has been making artisanal, deluxe and fine Cavas since 1845 at their bodega ‘Cal Batllevell’ in the old quarters of the Cava city of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
