100% Palomino Fino. Bottled 'en rama', without filtration or stabilisation. This bodega is located just outside the sherry triangle and is therefore not permitted to label its bottles as sherry. Fresh and alluring aromas of dried flowers and Mediterranean grass. Mineral and saline tones. Full-bodied in the mouth, a bit buttery, dry. Nicely in balance with a noticeably long finish. Delicious as an aperitif, with jamón, tapas and shellfish.
