100% garnacha tinta from D.O.P Cebreros, old vines at 800 meters altitude. Poor soil of granite, sandstone and slate. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The rosé was made by direct pressing without contact with the skin, style 'blanc de noir'.
Pale pink, bright color. Elegant aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and cherry with jasmine, mint against a balsamic background. Fresh rosé, complex, round and with a long finish.
As an aperitif, but also with fish dishes, rice, pasta and cheeses.
