80% Monastrell and 20% Garnacha. Named after the rocky vineyard where the grapes for this wine are grown. Fermentation in underground stone vats. Autochthonous yeasts are used here too and whole bunches of grapes are added to the tanks. Monastrell and Garnacha are fermented separately, aged in 500 litre, French oak barrels, blended and left for a further four months in 5,000 litre foudres. Processed organically.

Complex ripe red fruit, tabacco, mineral, stone and chalk aromas ... remarkably fresh, without a doubt the most elegant vintage to date. Las Gravas is simultaneously fine and fleshy, with a nice balance and a similar structure.
